Account deletion and inactivity
1. Deletion after one year of inactivity
An account is inactive when its holder has not signed in or used the service while authenticated for 12 consecutive months. The account and profile are then deleted from active systems, with associated content, except where retention is legally justified. A sign-in or authenticated use before the deadline restarts the 12 months. Receiving messages, notifications, emails or an automatic charge is not, by itself, activity. For a couple, activity on the profile does not renew a permission a partner has withdrawn.
2. Prior notice
A notice is sent to the account email before the deadline, with the planned date and the option to keep the account by signing in again. An incorrect address does not by itself preserve the account.
3. Deletion on request
You may ask for closure at any time at Info@iswing.live. After checks, the profile is hidden and then deleted within the applicable time.
4. Subscriptions
Deletion stops renewals billed directly by Iswing.live. For an external store, the cancellation path is explained. If a prepaid period goes past the deletion date, how that period is handled is explained. Deletion must not keep a payment for a service that would no longer be provided.
5. Residual data
Backups and legally required archives do not always disappear the same day. They expire on the backup schedule and are not used to restore the profile. Messages already received by another member may remain when retention is justified, with identifiers removed where needed. Copies made outside the service are not controlled. These exceptions do not keep the profile visible and are not used for promotion.
